I didn't have any interest in them early on, so it's clear that what's important is their simple association with women - much like long hair might be attractive because it's mainly found on women. There's also the fact that they have them and we don't, so there's a novelty factor, and we learn that they're a particularly sensitive part of the body and can easily learn to think of them as something to focus on. A wider issue is explaining why you're attracted to women at all, and where that originates?
